Highly experienced professional in the commercial real estate market. He has demonstrated great success in developing retail chains across Poland, which were eventually acquired by a German investor. Over the years, he has dedicated his efforts to numerous development projects, overseeing the entire process from land acquisition to implementation and commercialization.
The visionary founder and President of the Management Board of Waimea Holding S.A., that recognized the significant potential of the Polish warehouse, industrial, and manufacturing market. This led to the construction of high-quality facilities and logistics complexes located throughout the country, including airport infrastructure.
ARTUR FILIPIUK
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Has over 13 years of extensive experience in real estate investment, construction, leasing, property management and ESG (warehouses, offices, residential buildings, data centres, self-storage facilities). Throughout his career, he has provided services to renowned companies, including Prologis, Hines and Adgar Poland. Served at Cornerstone Investment Management as a Venture Partner, Board Member and Operations Director.
He is the Managing Director at Waimea Holding, leading land, project management, leasing and property management teams.
MARCIN ŁOZIŃSKI
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Has over 20 years of professional experience in various aspects of financial activities: investments, valuations, financing / refinancing, tax optimization, accounting. A professional combining knowledge and experience with solid network of business contacts among investors, entrepreneurs, professional advisors and financing parties. Professional, with a strong basis of commercial business. He was successfully raising bank debt for international newcomers to polish real estate market, like for ISOC Group Throughout career, has held managerial roles in prominent real estate including ProLogis, Atlas Estates, Carpathian Asset Management Limited. In Waimea Holding leads a Finance team as CFO.
TOMASZ CIESIELSKI
CAPITAL MARKETS DIRECTOR
Has over 18 years of professional experience across banking, consulting and Real Estate gained in London and Warsaw. During banking career (SG CiB, MUFG, BNP Paribas) was responsible for financing investment projects for top multinational corporations from Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas and Telecoms sectors. In 2014 moved into Real Estate market where financed numerous projects for top RE companies (logistics, office, retail) in Poland. Since 2020 was responsible for creating and managing a Real Estate M&A team at PwC. In Waimea Holding leads the Capital Markets team.

WOJCIECH WOLIŃSKI
LEASING DIRECTOR
Has over 15 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry. Has achieved successful commercialisation of notable investments, including North West Logistics Park, Waimea Logistics Park in Bydgoszcz and Stargard, as well as Hiper Park Rzepin.
Responsible for commercialising of existing assets.
DARIA RUSISHVILI
LEASING DIRECTOR
Has almost 20 years of substantial experience in the real estate industry (including office, retail, warehouse spaces). While working for 7R was responsible for logistics properties in the north Polish portfolio including 7R City Park Gdańsk South II. At Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for tenant and landlord representation. Served at Unimor Development S.A. as a Head of Commercialization and overseeing leasing strategy, marketing, and communication.
Responsible for projects located in Northern Poland.

Has over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout career has held leasing and consultant roles in prominent real estate companies including Jones Lang LaSalle, Rock Estate and BSC Real Estate Advisors

LEASING MANAGER
Has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. At MLP was responsible for Business Development, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships. While working for CBRE, CRESA and AXI IMMO was responsible for tenant representation.
Responsible for projects located in Southern Poland.

Has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout career, has held consultant role in office and industrial sector representing clients such as Inter Cars, ILS, Iron Mountain, Seifert Logistic and Bidfood Farutex.
Responsible for projects located in Warsaw.

She has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Worked for international law firms such as Dentons, Clifford Chance, CMS Cameron McKenna, where she advised investors operating in logistics, retail, office, PRS and hotel sectors (such as Atrium European Real Estate, Deka Immobilien, GLL Real Estate Partners, Union Investment, Heimstaden Bostad, Echo Investment, Savills Investment Management).

BARTOSZ LUKASZ
HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Has over 15 years of experience in the construction sector, having worked for companies like Panattoni, Dekra, Immofinanz and Auchan.
Throughout his career, he has been successfully executing projects such as Panattoni Warsaw City VIII, Panattoni Warsaw City XI, VIVO! Kroso, Galeria Piaseczno and Galeria Bronowice.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
He managed investment projects for renown companies, such as Panattoni, Raben, Answear.com, RET and JAR.
He successfully completed many logistics and production projects, namely City Logistics Warsaw II, and expnastion of Panattoni Park Lublin and Panattoni Park Janki III, a bicycle factory for RTE, a factory for JAR specialising in food flavourants and a Logistics Centre Raben Warsaw Annopol.
MATEUSZ DROŹDZIKOWSKI

Has over 7 years of experience in the construction sector, having worked for companies like 7R, and Project Management.
Throughout his career, he has been successfully executing projects such as Panattoni City Logistics Warsaw, Warsaw South Janki, 7R Warsaw West I, 7R Park Łódź West II, and 7R Park Poznań East II.
MAGDALENA KUCHTA
LEGAL COUNSEL
Has 10 years of experience in comprehensive support of investment and construction processes. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk.
She gained experience working in the real estate department of a renown law firm and leading the Legal Team in the Project Department of one of the largest developers in Poland.

SZYMON CICHOCKI
SENIOR LAND MANAGER
Experienced professional in the field of real estate acquisition and legal advice for developers. Acquired over 25 multi-family and commercial properties across 10 cities in Poland, amassing approximately 320 000 UFA for one of the largest developers in Poland. Recently acquired several dozen warehouse properties of at least 530 000 GLA. He gained his experience in prestigious law firms and developer land acquisition departments.

SENIOR LAND MANAGER
Has over 15 years of experience in land acquisition, including industrial and residential developers as well as asset management for investment funds.
Over 30 acquisitions delivered and over 5 000 000 sqm of ground bought. Signed over 50 PSPs for areas with GLA exceeding 270 000 sqm in the last 2 years while working for Panattoni.
