Waimea Logistics Park Korczowa 2 is the second phase of the WLP Korczowa investment. The project involves the construction of 2 halls with a total rental area of approximately 42,000 sqm The investment will be located on a 7.8 hectare plot. The project already has a building permit and is ready for development. The investment is situated near the A4 motorway, at the Korczowa junction, and just 3 km from the “Korczowa-Krakowiec” border crossing with Ukraine. The park is adjacent to a biogas plant, which allows supplying green energy to the facilities.
