Waimea Logistics Park Korczowa 1 is a warehouse and logistics center with an area of approximately 8 000 sqm, equipped with 10 docks and 4 drive in gates. The project is located on a 4,2 hectare plot. Tenants have access to 113 parking spaces. The investment is situated near the A4 motorway, at the Korczowa junction, and just 3 km from the “Korczowa-Krakowiec” border crossing with Ukraine. The park is adjacent to a biogas plant, enabling the possibility of supplying green energy to the facilities.

The project was completed in 2016 in cooperation with the general contractor Trasko Invest.
