On November 16, 2024, the District Court confirmed the finality of the Waimea Holding arrangement. However, to this day, no announcement has appeared in the Court Monitor, which creates ambiguity in assessing the finality of the arrangement. Nevertheless, despite the lack of announcement, the Management Board proceeded to the first stage of implementing the arrangement and began the process of converting Bondholders’ claims into shares.

On June 9, 2025, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered the capital increase of Waimea Holding S.A. The capital increase occurred in connection with the compensation of bonds for shares, in accordance with the arrangement implementation ruling.

Currently, the Company, together with BDM Brokerage House, is proceeding to allocate shares to all bondholders whose claims exceeded PLN 35,000.
